Introduction to the System
This high-efficiency tire recycling system is specially designed to convert any tire waste into TDF (Tire-Derived Fuel), rubber mulch, rubber granules, and rubber powder.
We utilize our experience and success to continually improve the design and manufacturing of our tire recycling systems to make them more effective and efficient throughout the reduction process.
The system is composed of the following four main phases:
- Phase 1: Dual Shaft Shredder
- Phase 2: Rasper (also known as Superior)
- Phase 3: Granulator
- Phase 4: Block Miller
Each phase plays a crucial role in processing tire waste efficiently and producing valuable end products.
For more detailed information on each phase, please refer to the corresponding sections below.
The system comprises the following four main phases:
Phase 1: Dual Shaft Shredder
Triturador de eixo duplo para cortar os pneus inteiros em blocos de borracha de 50 mm a 100 mm, dependendo da demanda do mercado ou da exigência de processamento da próxima etapa.
Our two shaft shredders are designed with an aggressive low-speed, high-torque fragmentation technology. Each shaft is driven by its own Siemens motor, providing ample power for the unit to shred tires and steel beads with thickness. The blade thickness of the shredder ranges from 25 mm to 152 mm (1"-6"), depending on tire type, throughput, and desired final product. The shredder machine can process OTR, truck, and car tires at a rate of up to 20 tons per hour.
Phase 2: Rasper
Rasper (also known as Superior) to cut the rubber blocks above into rubber mulch in the size of 10 mm to 20 mm. At the same time, radial wires are released from the rubber. In addition, through the magnetic separator, shredded wire pieces are completely separated from the rubber.
Phase 3: Granulator
Granulator to cut the rubber mulch into rubber granules. The size ranges from 1 mm to 5 mm. There is a high demand in the market for this material, which is mainly used to make rubber tiles, children's play yards, sports, etc.
Phase 4: Block Miller
Block Miller to grind the rubber granules into rubber powder up to 120 meshes. The final powder size is controlled by the size of the rotary sieve and the gap between the grinding disc plates.
