The SM-1000 Recycling Systems by ELP Green Technology offer a comprehensive solution for tire reduction and separation. With a focus on semi-automation, this system is designed to efficiently process tires, extracting steel beads and obtaining rubber blocks sized less than 50x50mm. The processing continues with the conversion of these blocks into TDF (Tire-Derived Fuel), crushing them into crumbs of mesh 10-22 while simultaneously separating steel wires and fibers. Finally, the rubber crumbs are processed into fine rubber powder of mesh 30 and pass through a pulverizing machine.
The SM-1000 Recycling Systems by ELP Green Technology represent a cutting-edge solution for tire reduction and separation, designed to meet the demands of modern recycling facilities. With a focus on semi-automation, this system streamlines the tire processing workflow, making it efficient and cost-effective.
The process begins with the Single Hook Debeader LSJ-1200, which efficiently extracts the steel bead from tires, preparing them for further processing. The Whole Tyre Cutter QDJ-1200 then comes into play, slicing the tires into manageable pieces with precision and ease. These prepared tires are then fed into the Whole Tyre Shredder ZPS-900, where they are shredded into smaller chunks, ready for the next stage.
The Double Rolls Rubber Crusher XKP-610 takes over from here, crushing the rubber blocks into fine crumbs of mesh 10-22 while effectively separating steel wires and fibers. This stage is crucial for producing Tire-Derived Fuel (TDF) and other recycled rubber products.
The auxiliary machinery, including conveyors, separators, and screens, plays a vital role in facilitating the smooth operation of the recycling process. These components work together seamlessly to ensure efficient material handling and separation.
Once the rubber crumbs are obtained, they are further processed into fine rubber powder of mesh 30 using the Fine Rubber Pulverizing Machine Powder XFJ-420. This powder is then screened and packaged using the Vibrating Screen 600 and Rubber Powder Machine Packing JFDB-30, respectively, ready for distribution and reuse.
With a total motor power of 481.4 KW, the SM-1000 Recycling Systems offer high-performance capabilities while maintaining energy efficiency. The system is designed to handle tires of up to 1200mm in size, with an output capacity of 1000 kg/h of rubber powder.
ELP Green Technology provides comprehensive support, including installation, training, and warranty, ensuring that customers can maximize the benefits of their investment. From reducing environmental impact to generating valuable recycled products, the SM-1000 Recycling Systems offer a sustainable solution for tire recycling needs.

Power Consumption Requirement:
The size required for the equipment, as well as for the plant, should be as described below. The plant or equipment size requirement can also be adjusted according to the needs of the clients.
Space Required for Equipment:
Based on technical drawings data, it is noted that, for the equipment location, the following size is required: L * W * H: 43 meters * 8.50 meters * 5 meters. The actual size, after the machines are manufactured, may have a slight difference depending on the actual condition.
Size for the Workshop:
We suggest the following dimensions for the plant. The length should be approximately 80 meters, and the width should be around 15-20 meters, with a height of about 7 meters. Therefore, the total area will be around 1200 square meters.
