Input --- Waste Tyre Cutting Halves
This tyres halves are cut by tyre slitting machine, and used as the feedstock of the automatic waste tyre chips cutting machine.
Apart from above, it can also be fed to shred to improve the capacity of shredder, and reduces it's electricity load.
For waste tyre traders, if the tyres are cut to those halves, they can be easily piled up with hour hydraulic baler to save the shipping space.

The out put tyre chips are consistent in size, and with clean edges. It can be easily used as TDF for cement plant, power plant etc.

If take this tyre chips as feedstocks to rasper or cracker mill, the capacity of those machines will be improved substantially.
