Our warranty ensures that all equipment is free of defects upon delivery, backed by a 12-month guarantee for Dura Shred items. However, improper use nullifies this warranty, and any unauthorized repairs must be approved by us. We do not assume liability for damages resulting from safety negligence during operation. While design modifications may occur without prior notice, defective items are promptly repaired if reported within the warranty period. Please note that labor costs for repairs are not covered, and any extended warranties are the responsibility of the buyer.
